With over 60 member companies, Artisan Exchange is a community of specialty food businesses offering authentic foods for a sustainable community.  For entrepreneurs (members), the exchange offers a comprehensive array of support services, including: manufacturing space rental, a commercial kitchen (for product development, and flexible, high volume manufacturing) and a year-round weekly retail market.  For customers, the exchange provides high quality, local, specialty foods including family heirloom recipes featuring cuisines of over 25 countries.  

Artisan Exchange also offers a distribution service that includes marketing and delivery service to a broad set of retail customers.  The website is private and provides online order-entry for those retail customers.
